1) Delivery information
Exclusively for you we negotiated the most beneficial terms for our delivery service. Our delivery service is determinated by the following attributes: rapidity, reliability and discretion. We love working hard for our satisfied customers.
Our delivery service is operated by DPD. For a precise overview of the costs of the delivery service, please check the table below. If your purchase is more than 100€, delivery is free within Austria. For other countries the total to get a free delivery varies. In case of free delivery please make sure that the whole purchase can fit in a standard sized box and does not need to be packed in 2 or more parcels. Further one pack must not weight more than 31,5kg. Bulky goods can’t be delivered by DPD. Please contact us to get more information on how to get them delivered. You can also pick up your purchase in our pick-up store, if you wish to!
Payment and hand-over to DPD:
As soon as we received your payment, we would finish up your purchase, put the items into an appropriate box, put on the etiquette for delivery and pass it on to our DPD courier. We won’t lose time when processing your purchase - so you get it as soon as possible.
Package and packaging:
Our parcels are always discreet. You will never find any symbols or names, that might reflect the parcel’s content. The materials we use for packing are robust and solid. The items inside the box will be protected by using materials such as paper to fix them.
Anytime the status of your delivery can be checked by using your tracking-ID. By doing so, you can quite exactly predict when your parcel will arrive at your place.

In order to complete your order and get your parcel on its way home to you, we would ask you to transfer the total given in the invoice, which has recently been sent to you by mail, to our bank account. Depending on the method you choose regarding the mode of transfer, it might take longer until the money arrives at our bank account. Generally payment shall take place by means of transfer as prepayment. To be able to classify the receipt of payment easily, we would ask you to notify the billing-ID as well when doing the transfer. You can find this one right on your invoice.

3) In-store pickup
When shopping on growisland.at you also have the possibility to pick up your purchase in our pick-uo store in Scholzgasse 6 in 1020 Vienna. To do so, please do your shopping as usual on growisland.at, pick the option „pick up at our store“ when reaching step 7 when checking out, pay by using transfer, come to our pick-up store and bring your pack home.
You can be sure that there are more bargains waiting for you. Further, we do also have a wide selection of beautiful flowers at all sizes ready to be brought home to you. Offers online might not be the same as in the pick-up store.
You can be sure that we are up to a clearing process which is as quick as possible. We are going to inform you promptly, when your parcel is ready to be picked up. Your parcel is going to be discreet on the outside as you are used to. Your purchase will be ready for collection for 30 days. In case of refusing to pick up the parcel payed in advance, it is going to be part of an upcoming tombola.
