To process a complaint, please adhere to the following conditions:

Photo Documentation: For the complaint to be valid, the photo must show the entire plants, not just individual leaves or parts. The photos should clearly depict the full condition of the plants.

Photos in the Packaging: Please photograph the plants upon receipt in their original packaging, before planting them. This ensures documentation of the plants' condition at the time of delivery.

In Case of Missing Items: If any items are missing, please photograph the entire contents of the box. This will verify that the missing item was not delivered.
