Patented Hybrid Heating Technology

The VEAZY uses STORZ & BICKEL’s patented combination of convection and conduction heating. With conduction, the botanical material is heated through the walls of the ceramic-coated filling chamber. At the same time, heated air passes through the chamber during each draw, providing the convection component of the system.

Combining both methods supports even heat distribution and efficient use of the loaded material. The compact mini heater was developed specifically for the VEAZY and reaches the default base temperature of 180 °C in approximately 40 seconds under normal conditions. Airflow of up to 10 litres per minute supports low draw resistance. Actual vapour production depends on factors including the selected temperature, grind consistency, moisture content, filling quantity and draw speed. Temperature Range from 40 to 210 °C

The VEAZY offers a broad temperature range of 40 to 210 °C. Its base temperature is factory-set to 180 °C. This setting is activated automatically when the device is switched on and serves as the starting point for the Booster and Superbooster functions.

Using the S&B Web App, the current temperature can be adjusted degree by degree within the available range. The base, Booster and Superbooster temperatures can also be configured individually. This gives the VEAZY considerable flexibility despite its minimalist one-button controls.

One-Button Control with Booster and Superbooster

Basic operation is handled through a single button. After switching on, the VEAZY heats to the saved base temperature. A double vibration and green LED signal confirm that the selected temperature has been reached.

The Booster and Superbooster return to the selected base temperature automatically after approximately 90 seconds. S&B Web App and Bluetooth Connectivity

No app is required for normal operation. All essential functions can be accessed directly using the button on the device. Users who want additional adjustment options can connect the VEAZY to a compatible smartphone through Bluetooth and use the browser-based S&B Web App.

Cooling Unit Made from High-Quality Materials

The modular Cooling Unit guides the generated vapour through an extended internal path before it reaches the fold-out mouthpiece. This can help reduce the vapour temperature before use. The actual temperature at the mouthpiece depends on the device setting, draw duration and chamber contents.

The Cooling Unit is made from high-quality PEEK and PPSU. According to the manufacturer, all materials that come into contact with the user are heat-resistant, while the components of the air path are biocompatible. Integrated Lithium-Ion Battery and USB-C

Power is supplied by an integrated rechargeable lithium-ion battery. The VEAZY is charged through its USB-C port using the included USB-C to USB-C cable. For general charging, the manufacturer recommends a compatible USB charger rated at 5 V DC and 3 A, or 15 W.

The VEAZY does not support pass-through operation and therefore cannot be used while connected to a power source. Integrated LEDs display the heating, temperature and charging status of the device. During charging, the battery level is represented by different blue flashing patterns. A continuous blue light indicates that the battery is fully charged.

The VEAZY detects button presses and device use. It switches off automatically after a short period of inactivity to conserve battery power. During use, the timer can be reset by briefly pressing the power button.

Vibration signals confirm important control actions and indicate when a temperature level has been reached. Vibration can be adjusted or deactivated through the Web App when required, allowing the device’s feedback to be adapted to different situations.

Using the Filling Chamber Correctly

To open the device, rotate the Cooling Unit approximately 90 degrees anticlockwise and lift it upwards. Loosely fill the chamber with ground dry herbs up to the chamber rim. Do not overfill or compress the contents firmly, as an excessively dense load can restrict airflow.

After filling, replace the Cooling Unit and lock it with a clockwise turn. The included dosing capsule can simplify preparation, portioning and cleaning. Before every use, check the device for visible damage and ensure that the air openings are unobstructed and the Cooling Unit is clean.

Cleaning and Regular Maintenance

Regular cleaning helps maintain unrestricted airflow, consistent vapour production and reliable VEAZY performance. After each use, loose residue can be removed from the cooled filling chamber using the supplied cleaning brush. Before thorough cleaning, switch the device off and allow it to cool completely.

The modular Cooling Unit can be removed and disassembled according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Screens and sealing rings can be checked and replaced when necessary. Liquids must not enter the device housing, USB-C port or heater. Every cleaned component must be completely dry before reassembly.
