General Terms and Conditions (GTC) – Purchase of Hemp Ornamental Plants

Important notice:
The hemp ornamental plants purchased from Grow Island (DS Trade GmbH) are intended exclusively for botanical purposes.
  1. The ornamental plants acquired from Grow Island (DS Trade GmbH) may only be used for botanical purposes. To prevent the formation of flowers and fruiting bodies, artificial or natural lighting of at least 18 hours per day is required.
  2. For order quantities of 10 units or more, a purchase contract will only be concluded if the customer proves that the order constitutes a group order.
  3. If a customer intends to obtain intoxicating substances from a plant offered by Grow Island, this may constitute a criminal offense under the applicable narcotics legislation. If such intent becomes apparent to our sales team, we are legally obliged to refuse the conclusion of a purchase contract or to terminate an already concluded contract.
  4. By concluding the purchase contract, the buyer undertakes not to use the ornamental plants obtained from Grow Island (DS Trade GmbH) for any unlawful purpose.
  5. No sale to persons under 18 years of age.
  6. In the case of advance payment orders, the deposit will be forfeited if the reserved goods are not collected at the agreed time.
