Turmeric extract

Turmeric and its medicinal uses were already known 6000 years ago. It has been used in Ayurvedic medicine for a long time. Curcuma is one of the most widely used spices in India because it is suggested to have a stomach and intestinal strengthening effect. There curcuma is one of the so-called "hot" spices, which should give the body energy and clean it.

Today we know that the ingredients (curcuminoids) of Curcuma longa have many positive properties. This includes its antioxidant potential, the memory-enhancing effect but also the harmonization of inflammatory processes. Studies with curcumin extracts show that an interaction in the arachidonic acid metabolism and inhibitory effects on the transcription factor NF-кB can reduce the formation of pro-inflammatory tissue hormones (e.g. cytokines, prostaglandins).

Our curcumin liquid is a highly concentrated extract in liquid form and, thanks to patented micelle technology, is 185 times more bioavailable than other curcumin preparations in powder form. It survives the acidic passage through the stomach 100% and reaches the small intestine undamaged. Due to the good bioavailability, it also leads in plasma for 24 hours, which improves long-term effects.
